Please note: The prison mail policy is strict. Please do not send cards, scented paper, stickers, stamps, newspaper articles, drawings, cartoons or photocopies. Books and other items are not allowed. Photos are allowed (but polaroid photos must have backing removed). Please do not forget to include your name and return address on the front of the envelope. Also make sure that Manuel's name and number are clearly written. It is best to ask Manuel what is allowed and what is not, as the rules may change without warning.
